Challenge

Paintball is automatically algorithmically miscategorized and subsequently downranked or banned in paid and display ads. Google said it banned weapons-related listing on Google Shopping back in 2012, and pointed to its policy against the sale of guns and functional parts.

Solution

With paid advertising out of the question, we leveraged our research into organic performance and trends, creating a winning social, influencer, and affiliate marketing strategy that has engaged users, driven traffic to the site, built email and text message marketing lists.

Challenge

The adult toy industry is, for all practical purposes, banned in paid and display ads. In March 2021, Google updated its advertising terms of service, and don't allow non-family safe ads in image ads, video ads, and other non-text ad formats.

Solution

With paid advertising out of the question, we pivoted to Fulfillment by Amazon. Many consumers start their search on amazon, and Dreampeach has much more leeway to advertise on this platform. This allows Dreampeach to build brand trust and customer loyalty via FBA.

Result

Instead of using Google to conduct product research, as of 2021, 71% of consumers will turn directly to Amazon to search for prices, and reviews, or make a purchase outright. That’s because consumers have become conditioned by the convenience and centrality Amazon provides.

Challenge

Mac Lang Orillia was facing down steep competition, with regional competitors established for almost 100 years in the area. Unlike the competition, Mac Lang Orillia doesn't sponsor the local arena, stadium, or other traditional big-ticket promotional or marketing items - How could we win online?

Solution

We created a network to monitor the competition's every move on social media. We were tracking their every activity, post, audience intent, and audience response. Reach Ecomm created a highly effective customer psychographic profile from the data and combined it with tight reporting.
