OA Salons: $0 to $150,000 MRR for local Hair Salon
Our client OA Salons started the salon in an upscale and saturated area in the middle of the pandemic. Challenges were fierce competition, low budget in the start-up phase, the government shutdowns, and a brand new domain and business.
Our solutions entailed constructing a brand-new presence from the ground up. We utilized Local SEO, AdWords, Web Design & marketing automation with our CRM.
In the client's first year of business, we were able to establish a $20,000 - $40,000 MRR and now 2 years later, the client is well above $150,000 MRR and has also purchased another salon to grow their business.

The security camera space is one of the strongest competitors online. Going against the giants like Ring, Nest, Lorex, Hikvision, and many more, we had to be very selective and precise with our efforts with a smaller budget from a new-to-market OEM security camera company.
Establish a scalable organic strategy to consistently bring in quality traffic for In-Market visitors in the security camera space. Over 100 pieces of content were written for industry-specific keywords "night club, construction site, hotel, small businesses, retail security cameras etc.."
The result is an additional $750,000 of revenue from organic traffic in 2021 from 2020, and the number for 2022 will be near $1,200,000 and the client will have us create an additional mass batch of content for a 2023 roll out.

The client started an online sporting goods store and was competing with Dicks, Amazon & other industry leaders in this space. Our initial challenge was to be able to maintain profitability in our CPA as our marketin spend and cost of goods had the client upside down in profits after stores launch.
Optimized the new Performance Max campaign by Google by substituting Search Campaigns and Display campaigns to help feed the PMAX the appropriate data to automate bidding signals. We also split the feeds into individual sports and ran product optimization to kill the dead-weight products that high.
ROAS went from 180% to now is humming at 650% and is holding steady at this ROAS for over 4 months now.
