The existing traffic from Google Ads was not producing calls, which is the primary way a patient makes an appointment. The website was also not mobile-friendly and outdated.

We created a targeted PPC landing page, equipped with keywords, patient solutions, and compelling calls to action. Added a robust negative keyword list. Leveraged MOFU and BOFU keywords, A/B tested ad copy and explored ad extensions. We gradually increased ad spend to gain an advantage on Google.

Conversions increased by 16x over time and cost per conversion decreased to 84% due in part to campaign optimization, A/B testing, and an increased monthly budget which allowed the doctor to stay aggressive on Google Ads.

The firm lacked a strong CTA in its lead funnel and had little presence on search engines with some competitors even appearing on their keywords. Also, many of the keywords would take months of SEO work to appear in the top rankings. Month 1 KPIs: • Website Visitors: 662 • Leads Generated: 1-2/mo

We launched PPC campaigns immediately allowing the site to gain search presence while providing traffic to optimize the lead funnel. Aside from conversion rate optimization, SEO content, off-site social signals, link building, and other techniques were used to boost authority on target keywords.

Our pet client faced revenue setbacks due to limited financing options. Unsatisfactory PPC lead quality and excessive spending added to their challenges. Out of $96,215 spent in Nov '22, only $45,000 fueled actual leads and sales.

We eliminated ad cannibalization and waste by streamlining the account structure. Pausing unnecessary ad groups and campaigns, removing underperforming keywords, and combining campaigns reduced redundancies. We have also enhanced ads with our own optimized copy and captivating headlines.

Our cost/conversion dropped 13% ($29 to $25). Conversions rose 33% the next month, saving $21,997 month-to-date. Seeing higher quality leads, lower cost/conversion ($23), and a manageable $55,000 budget (down $40,000). Achieving 10% more conversions than Nov '22, since Zero Company took over.
